The Geometry of these cutouts allows for clean bridging in all print Orientations.
Model a hole slightly larger than your screw thread diameter (.3mm larger is usually good)
add the cutout-model, constrain it to the right location (joints in fusion are great for that), subtract it from your model
and you can print it without supports.
